Our Story
Back in 2014, Tiffany, a mother of two, started her personal fitness journey with the goal of losing weight and getting fit. This experience sparked a deep passion within her and inspired her to become a fitness coach to help others.
While researching ways to assist her clients, Tiffany uncovered the science of using cold to eliminate fat. This discovery led her to envision a bodysuit that could achieve this. Through a close family connection, Tiffany was introduced to Alice, who has over 40 years of experience in apparel and technical design. Alice's expertise made her the perfect collaborator for achieving and expanding Tiffany's vision.
Together, they are on a mission to redefine Performance Wear!

Tiffany Crawford is the visionary behind the Ice Contoured Bodysuit and a dedicated researcher. She has been a fitness coach for nine years and proudly uses and shares the Ice Contoured Bodysuit with her clients. Tiffany’s fitness business, Unique Inches, is a lifestyle brand focused on feeling good, being healthy, and exuding confidence.
Alice M. James, President
Alice M. James has an extensive apparel design, construction, and testing background and is always focused on "What's Next." She has already begun implementing future designs and technology. Additionally, as a Certified Health, Life, and Breathing Coach, she can provide positive tips and guidance.
